Power description: Kazuo can store, extract and use moving electrons (electricity) for devastating bursts of power. The simplest form of using this is short bursts of projectile electricity but there's much more he can do. He can cover his hands in electricity or create a destructive ray of electricity that scourges everything in his path and so on. Kazuo needs to absorb electricity in order to use it. This can be done from any kind of battery or generator. Of course how much power he gets from the source if electricity depends on the source. Kazuo can keep using energy way beyond his normal capabilities but once he's drained of power using too much energy can cause into serious damage to his mental state, his body and it can be fatal. Another risk is too much liquid. Things like a quick shower or a glass of water or soda isn't a problem but exposure to a major quantity of (for instance) water will kill him. This is also the reason why Kazuo never learned to swim and never will. His physical appearance doesn't change although people have claimed that electricity can be seen flowing through his eyes.

Appearance:Kazuo is 5 foot 10, has dark hair and thick eye brows. He has tanned skin and is quite muscular. He has scars on his body from when he first started to experiment with his very destructive power. He is of Japanese decent and has natural Asian features . He has quite a round face and his eyes are brown (if not black.)He's had many different hair styles from going upwards to long straight downwards hair. He usually keeps up with shaving. He likes to wear simple and casual clothing and is usually seen in hoodies. He does this partially because he finds it comfortable and partially to hide his burning marks. He has a nice smile but rarely chooses to show it as he is quite a sincere guy.

Personality:Kazuo is a quiet guy. He has been raised to hate mutants more than anything and finding out he was one himself was gave him a lot of problems with himself and his family. Kazuo believes friends are more important than family but he's never had a friend close enough to call that important. Kazuo is very smart and very helpful but has a darker side. He is willing to use his power to the fullest if needed and is not afraid to kill for his own safety. To his friends however he is a caring person and willing to lay his life on the line. He is very strong in his opinions and won't believe anything a person says unless he believes in it himself. He has a great sense of justice and right and wrong but can be very vengeful if you hurt him or someone he cares about. He is self confident but never brags about himself or his powers. He's very good at blending into a crowd and acting like a regular Joe which has kept his secret for 3 years now. He is also a good martial artist which has paid off many many times.

History:Kazuo was born in New York. His grandparents immigrated to New York from Japan before world war II started and have become very American like. Kazuo's father, Shinji Kiriyama, was a very strict man and made Kazuo's life very hard sometimes. Shinji Kiriyama was a heavy activist against mutants and feels the human (and especially the Japanese)race are more superior than any. Kazuo's mother died when he was eight from the results of a car crash downtown. After his mother's death Shinji Kiriyama starting beating his son and became a very vile man. Kazuo went to his grandfather for the care he needed. His grandfather decided to teach Kazuo martial arts to become stronger and more confident. After two more years of physical punishment from his father Kazuo lost his mind and fought back with the fighting arts he had learned from his grandfather. After Kazuo beat up his father he left and moved in with his grandfather. Kazuo get's average grades in school and does his best to hide his mutant ability which he learned about when he was 13. His grandfather knows but doesn't know what to do with it other than keep it a secret.

RP Sample:Kazuo felt alone in school. He wasn't hated or bullied at school but he didn't have any real friends. He had people to sit with at lunch and team up with in class but those people weren't real friends. Kazuo didn't have any real friends. He always showed up late for gym class so he could change on his own and no one would have to see his scars. He would never use a computer or anything else that was electronic at school because of his powers. Everyone at school knew him as Kazuo Kiriyami, the nice guy. But none of them really knew him. They knew he was good at martial arts, when he came to this school a year ago someone tried to bully him. Kazuo didn't stand for it for long. After a week or two he fought back and beat up three guys at once. It was easy, white punk trash was no match against martial arts. Kazuo only wished he could use his powers against those guys. He had no idea what he could do with his powers. He had tried to suppress them more than control them. Keeping it a secret was more important than doing some good with it. So Kazuo went through life...unnoticed and without anyone suspecting he was special. Just the way he liked it.
